I do not know what the secret is, but for some reason it has been designed to only stick to itself. When you put it on your skin, it doesn't snag anything. Nonetheless, if you wrap it around in the correct way, it will stay firmly in place. After that, you can reinforce it with a layer of sports tape if you want to.

Of course, even though all these variations in fitness sports tape have really helped those among us involved in athletics, the most important thing is still applying it properly. Athletic taping is some-thing you ought to learn from your coach. It does not matter how high technology your gear, if you don't know how to use it it won't do you any good.
