Not too heavy, but when loaded with 3-frozen ice packs, and 4-full bottles it may weigh up to 12 pounds. The battery pack is excellent for on-the-go pumping, but it goes through batteries straight away, so I did not use it much. Oh, and the lighter adapter is available for sale for an extra fee. I would have definitely invested in one had I known about it.
